Abstract Fiscal-budgetary policy in the current economic context is a challenge for all EU27 governments. The literature, although consistent on this topic, still does not provide sufficient modeling-based solutions decision-makers. objectives of study are to identify relevant indicators fiscal-budgetary analysis, build related statistical database, conceptualize efficiency model, test and validate model working hypotheses, formulate conclusions influence macroeconomic elements establish ranking at level four Member States European context.
